Your photos should show 1) Affinity of color, 2) Contrast of color (use complimentary colors), and 3) Warm or Cool.

Contrast of Color
For this first one, I've always loved the contrast that this Wells Fargo ATM created with the cool colors of the building. This is a great example of how color contrast can can draw attention and create separation of subjects. In gray scale, the sign is not much brighter than the lights illuminating the wall. But when its a splash of red in a sea of blue, it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Affinity of Color
For the shot showing affinity of Color I wanted to use it to show structure and sameness. This office building had that gross daylight-balanced florescent lighting, and I deemed it to be perfect. However, the light in the top left corner was rudely not the same temperature. But after a hurried "We'll fix it in post" I snapped the shot. And fix it in post we did.

Warm
For this last shot, I wanted to use warm colors to help the audience feel warm and welcome. The lanterns blowing in the breeze provide some nice round lines that help to feed to emotion. I had a bit of trouble with the leaves, as they had not yet turned orange for the fall, I had to color them more warm in post to dial in the color pallet I was hoping to achieve.

I'm always jealous about how your photos turn out, but I think I know the secrets to this one. The first photo you left yourself enough room. It's practically lit and the ATM is isolated by blackness on all sides. The contrasting colors are fun because it's blue isolated in black, and then red isolated in blue. I love it, it looks straight out of a Cohen Brothers movie. The second photo has some pretty shapes, but I think it's that cool hue + variations from the metal window reflections that give this photo most of it's luster. For the last one, again, I'm loving the colors, but it seems like it's missing a subject... is that the tree that's…
All of your photos are beautifully composed. Your first image does a great job of separating the ATM from the wall. I do still find my eye moving through the image as it follows the yellow words. You've got a great affinity in your second image and the tonal affinity in the windows gives us some really nice rhythm. I love the third image and wouldn't have known that the leaves were colored in post (though I may have guessed a filter or white balance adjustment). I think the warmth of the color does evoke that welcoming feeling.
